Return Policy

In the unlikely event that your order is incorrect, missing parts, damaged or defective, please e-mail us within 30 days and we will send you the correct product, replacement product, or replacement parts at no cost to you.

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt. Returned merchandise must be returned in new, unused and resalable condition. It must be returned in its original packaging. All properly returned merchandise is eligible for a refund. Return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense.

We will credit you the original purchase price of the product, less any applicable restocking fees. If the product included free shipping, the shipping fees will also be deducted from the refund. Products not returned in the original packaging will be assessed an additional fee. Upon receipt of the item we will credit the original method of payment.

PLEASE INSPECT YOUR ORDER IMMEDIATELY UPON ARRIVAL. DO NOT DISPOSE OF THE BOX OR ANY PACKAGING MATERIALS UNTIL YOU HAVE INSPECTED YOUR ORDER AND ARE SATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCT YOU HAVE RECEIVED.
If you have received the product by a freight carrier, please inspect the product for visible signs of damage before the carrier leaves. Note the damage on the delivery receipt (bill of lading) when signing for the package.

Return procedure
  1. E-Mail us within 30 days of receipt of package.
  2. We will send a return e-mail with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number and any additional instructions.
  3. Ship back the product, freight prepaid, in the original packaging.
  4. Upon receipt of the product, we will issue the credit to the original form of payment, or send a replacement in the unlikely case of damaged or defective product.
