To return an item, please contact us for a RMA Number and instructions. Please do not ship merchandise back to us without an RMA number. Some items may be subject to a re-stocking fee.

If your item arrives damaged in anyway, we will resolve the problem as quickly as we can. Please contact us immediately to report an item that arrived damaged. When an item is damaged due to the shipping process, please keep all shipping materials for inspection by the shipping agent.
