Shipping Rate Calculations
Shipping rates are calculated with the UPS shipping calculator regardless of the delivery vendor finally selected.
Possible Multiple Shipments Per Order
Also, in an effort to keep our prices low, some items ship directly from the manufacturers' warehouses. It is possible the your order may delivered in multiple boxes and on different days. Multiple delivery vendors may be used.
PO/AFO/APO Addresses
We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or AFO/FPO addresses.
Hawaii, Alaska and Canada
We generally do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska and Canada. Exceptions can be made and additional charges apply. E-mail us for the rate prior to making your order
Refusal of Delivery
If an order is refused, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs, including the shipping costs back to the warehouse, and any other costs that occur during the delivery and return process. If the order qualified for free shipping, the customer will be responsible for all actual costs associated with shipping and returning the respective shipment.
If you are shipping a gift, please inform the recipient that a package has been sent so that the delivery will not be refused. If a package is returned to us we will have to bill the purchaser for all related shipping charges.
Incorrect Shipping Information
If a package is returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. If the order qualified for free shipping, the customer will still be responsible for the actual shipping costs and any other costs that occur during the delivery and return process.
Damaged Goods Policy
PLEASE INSPECT YOUR ORDER IMMEDIATELY UPON ARRIVAL. DO NOT DISPOSE OF THE BOX OR ANY PACKAGING MATERIALS UNTIL YOU HAVE INSPECTED YOUR ORDER AND ARE SATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCT YOU HAVE RECEIVED.
If you have received the product by a freight carrier, please inspect the product for visible signs of damage before the carrier leaves. Note the damage on the delivery receipt (bill of lading) when signing for the package.
In the unlikely event that your order is incorrect, missing parts, damaged or defective, please e-mail us within 30 days and we will send you the correct product, replacement product, or replacement parts at no cost to you.
